Our Google Meet Integration demo will highlight the Google certified integration solution between a Taurus UCX-4x3-HC40 unit and a Chromebox.
The integration features the UCX’s Mini Service USB port for communication between the Chromebox, the UCX using USB HID protocol to track call status, drive fallback options and monitoring in Google’s admin portal.

Chromebox-based solution
The UCX units are visible and manageable through the Google admin console
No network connection required for the UCX, this creates zero network security concerns

LARA Wizard is a tool to simplify the work of integrators, supporting rapid configuration of common AV setups and room control scenarios.
Two room setups will be possible to make at this station, one is based on a Poly video bar codec centered system running with MTRoA integration, the other one is built around a simple touchpanel control scenario.
During the demo process, you will have the option to implement simplified room control to your current setup, this will be represented with switching the power of a GPIO lamp and the display itself.
The system will be using a Taurus UCX-4x3-HC60, part of the new HC60 series, the Poly environment will be built up with a Poly Studio X70 video bar and a Poly TC10 touch controller.

Easy and quick way to create solutions for LARA
Runs in a single browser window, no programming skills are required
Open, Delete or Clone your earlier setups
Our Meeting Room area will showcase how Taurus devices deliver 5K 21:9 content on ultrawide displays, supporting 5120×2160 resolution via HDMI 2.0 for exceptional visual clarity in modern meeting and control environments.
This enhancement makes Taurus devices fully compatible with the latest generation of hybrid environments, including those using Microsoft Teams Front Row, Zoom Rooms, and other ultrawide meeting room layouts.
